I'm having trouble sending a PM. I've tried for the last couple of days and the message just sits in the outbox. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the software?

The way I understand this system is that a message will sit in the outbox until someone reads it. If the other user does not enable e-mail notification and doesn't log on, they won't see your message. I dislike the "you have a PM" message in the actual forum, but if you see a user post there who doesn't pick up their messages, then that might be an exception (and remind them of enabling the notification).
