Yeah, and have you noticed that it seems to be showing up in the DSI forum?

maybe we should do what they do on another site I go to and flame anyone who spams us. All the members send angry, sometimes vulgar emails to the spammers. It sounds crazy, but it works. We'd have to get everybody to do it to work.

We could send them technical specs about PHRF ratings and guides on how to tune rigging. Or how about the West System epoxy manual? That would drive them away, surely.

Gone for now

The spam is gone for now. I can't even go offline for a few days without being inundated with spam. I'm afraid we're going to have to change things so that new users must be personally approved by me. Despite the anti-spam controls I have put into place, they always find ways around them. :(

There's no point in replying to the spammers. Just try to ignore them until I have a chance to come through an clean it up. Feel free to send me a private message if you see spam that goes unchecked for more than a day.
